Built to handle the real demands of ranch life, this truck is loaded with Lippert Automotive products that enhance strength, reliability, and versatility. Whether it’s hauling equipment, navigating rough terrain, checking fences, or putting in long days on the land, this upgraded Ram is ready for it all. With a perfect balance of rugged durability and refined style, it’s built to work hard and look good doing it. Let’s take a deeper look into the truck and the Keys to Ride promotion with Total Truck Centers President, Tim Odom, and the Lippert Automotive team!
Built for Work. Ready for Anything.
What makes this build stand out is how it comes together using products that solve real problems. This is not about one category. It is about showing how multiple brands work together on one truck to create a complete package you can sell every day.
UWS, CURT, ARIES, Ranch Hand, and Lippert Automotive each contribute to different functions across the build, including towing, storage, access, and protection. The result is a truck that supports both jobsite demands and everyday driving, with products that work together to create a complete and capable setup.
Ranch Hand: Midnight Running Steps

The Ranch Hand Midnight Running Steps improve entry, footing, and side protection. Their wide stepping surface and solid steel construction provide stable access into the cab while also making it easier to reach the bed. The design helps shield the truck from debris and wear, while adding a more aggressive, finished look to the overall build.
Ranch Hand: Legend Headache Rack

The Ranch Hand Legend Headache Rack adds protection and cargo control to the truck bed. Built from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, it helps guard the cab and rear glass from shifting loads while creating a secure way to haul longer materials. The louvered design adds strength and partial privacy, while integrated LED lights improve visibility from behind. Designed to fit specific truck models, it installs cleanly and works alongside a cross-over toolbox, reinforcing the truck’s role as a reliable work vehicle.
Ranch Hand: Midnight Front Bumper and Grille Guard

The Ranch Hand Midnight bumper is built for strength, fit, and customization without added bulk. Constructed from 3/16” smooth steel and weighing approximately 210 lbs., it offers a lightweight design without sacrificing durability. Its tight, form-fitting profile delivers a sleek, aggressive look that integrates seamlessly with the front of the truck. Designed for versatility, Midnight allows for added accessories like light bars, pods, grille guards, or inserts, giving users the flexibility to match their build and style while maintaining dependable front-end protection.
Why Keys to Ride Matters
Keys to Ride goes beyond a truck giveaway. It creates a reason for jobbers to stay engaged with the brands they carry, learn what’s new, and make more informed buying decisions throughout the year. Each purchase ties back to something bigger, turning everyday orders into a chance to grow sales and be part of something at SEMA. It also opens the door for real conversations between jobbers, distributors, and suppliers, where feedback from the field can shape future programs and product focus.
“From the beginning, this was about finding a better way to connect with jobbers and get them excited about the brands,” said Shane McNallie, Lippert Automotive’s Executive Vice Presidnet of Sales. “The truck gets the attention, but what really matters is getting people to try new products and stay engaged year after year.”
The SEMA Experience
The SEMA experience is where everything comes together. Six finalists are brought out to Las Vegas, many for the first time, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the industry at its highest level. It starts with time spent together off the show floor, where conversations focus on their shops, their customers, and the challenges they face every day. Those conversations often carry real value, shaping future ideas and strengthening relationships across the channel.
“It’s a great opportunity for all of us to hear what their shops are like, what their lives are like, and their pain points,” Shane McNallie said. “A lot of those turn into projects for us.”
Then comes the moment on the show floor. The crowd builds, the energy rises, and all eyes are on the finalists as the giveaway begins. In a matter of seconds, one name is called and one jobber drives away in the truck. It’s a moment that sticks, not just for the winner, but for everyone involved.
