The Rancho® RS9000™XL 9-Position Adjustable Shock Absorber delivers nine levels of performance to on- and off-road trucks, SUVs, and Jeeps. Globally recognized as the first 9-position, manually adjustable ride control series in the off-road market, this performance shock absorber allows for optimal performance in any environment. The adjustable dampening enhances ride characteristics by counteracting the additional unsprung mass inherent in larger tire and wheel combinations. The gas pressurization of the shock minimized the air-to-oil mixture, while the graphite-filled, FLUON®-banded piston provides smoother piston travel and greater responsiveness. The low-friction, self-lubrication seal provides an extra layer of defense against dirt and debris and the protective boot adds another layer of protection to the shock rod and oil seal.
