Part bumper, part brush guard, the Journeyman is built from 10-gauge steel and schedule-40 pipe. This combination both adds maximum strength to the front end of the truck and provides a solid foundation for the welded 2” x 2” receiver tube.

Speaking of, the receiver has been tested at Luverne’s Detroit engineering facility to ensure safety and a dependable straight-line pull rating of 30,000 lb. Another critical feature of the Journeyman is its industry-leading dual-layer finish. The bottom layer is a rust-resistant zinc primer to protect the steel frame. In addition, the Journeyman is uniquely equipped with protective rubber facings on the vertical uprights—something not offered by competing models.

Finishing touches include a punched steel screen and the Luverne signature logo reveal. The former keeps debris out of the truck’s grille (this can be removed on certain models, if necessary, to avoid interference with forward-facing cameras or sensors). The latter adds even more protection for the grille and shows off the vehicle’s emblem with pride.

The closed-cell urethane foam jounce bumper inside each 88349 LoadLifter 5000 ULTIMATE adjustable air spring kit for the 2015 Ford F-450 provides a cushion of air that absorbs shock, eliminates harsh jarring on rough roads, and protects vehicles that are carrying heavy loads. Vehicles using this innovative new product may never bottom out again due to the shock-absorbing properties of the internal jounce bumper.

This is a maintenance-free air spring kit. Drivers can safely run with zero air pressure for limited amounts of time because the internal jounce bumper protects the bag from any potential damage. While the factory jounce bumper is sometimes removed when installing standard air springs,  ULTIMATE air springs use an internal jounce bumper for optimal ride and comfort when towing or hauling.

ULTIMATE kits are Air Lift’s heaviest rated, specifically engineered for hauling or towing heavy loads. They work with the vehicle’s existing suspension to give up to 5,000 pounds of extra leveling capacity when needed, right up to the manufacturer’s gross vehicle weight rating. Rugged and durable, LoadLifter 5000 is reinforced with layers of fabric and rubber, similar to how a tire is manufactured. The end caps are constructed from high-strength composite nylon: strong as steel, but lighter and corrosion proof.

Air adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI, Air Lift air spring kits increase safety and comfort by helping to level and stabilize vehicles when towing or hauling heavy loads. A level, stable vehicle results in better braking, steering, and headlight aim; it also reduces sway, “porpoising,” and bottoming out. Just add air when loaded and reduce air pressure when riding unloaded.
